Shipping policy

1. Shipping Rates

• Major Hubs: We charge a standard delivery fee of R125 for deliveries to major South African city centers, and R100 for deliveries to Cape Town.
• Remote & Outlying Areas: Deliveries to regional or remote areas are charged at a rate of R250.
• Free Delivery: Orders over R1,000 qualify for free standard shipping nationwide.

2. Delivery Timelines

• Main Centres: 3–8 business days.
• Regional/Remote Areas: 5–10 business days.
• Business Hours: Deliveries take place Monday to Friday. Please note that Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holiday deliveries are not included in our standard rates.

3. Handling & Receipt

• Careful Packaging: We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they are well-protected for their journey. While we do everything possible to ensure a safe arrival, we cannot 100% guarantee the condition of the package once it is in the hands of the courier.
• Acceptance of Goods: Per our courier’s terms, any person at the delivery address who signs the waybill is deemed authorized to receive the parcel.
• Inspection: We strongly recommend inspecting the outer packaging for visible damage before signing the waybill. If the box appears compromised, please note this on the waybill before the driver leaves.
