1. Introduction

2. Product Information & Artisanal Nature

  • Unique Variations: Earth & Artisan curates handmade and artisanal pieces. You acknowledge that "perfection" in these items is defined by their unique makers' marks. Natural variations in color, texture, and size are part of the artisanal process and are not considered defects.
  • Imaging: We make every effort to display the colors and textures of our products accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
  • Availability: Many of our items are one-of-a-kind. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person or geographic region and may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email provided at the time the order was made.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. You are responsible for ensuring that your delivery address and contact details are correct to avoid delivery delays or failures.

  • Transit: As stated in our Delivery Policy, while we take every precaution in packaging, our liability for the condition of the goods ends once the package is signed for at the delivery address.

  • Customer Responsibility: Earth & Artisan provides handcrafted items made from natural and artisanal materials. It is the responsibility of the customer to use and care for these items appropriately.
  • Standard Care: We do not provide individual care instructions with our products. By purchasing, you acknowledge that artisanal items require specialized care (for example, avoiding dishwashers for handmade ceramics, avoiding prolonged soaking for wooden boards, and using gentle cycles for heritage textiles).
  • Exclusion of Liability: Earth & Artisan is not liable for any damage, degradation, or personal injury resulting from improper use, lack of maintenance, or failure to apply standard care practices to the products purchased.
